Everyone is different. We all have different backgrounds, educations, experiences, thresholds, and goals.

So, our own unique stretch goals are going to be relative to where we’re at. You might need a push out of your comfort zone – or you might need a slight nudge in direction based on the subject of the day.

The lessons and exercises provide a guide to the core concepts, but it’s our job to tailor the time spent – and ensure that we make actual progress with the subject at hand. For this, we’ll need a healthy feedback loop.
