Stories are a collection of real work tasks, design history, UX explorations, and work-throughs. Stories are often off-the-cuff and less concerned with production value.

Introduction

They said that the bar is really high for this job.

But what does that mean? The amount of work? The type of work? The work history? Famous previous companies? Or just having a portfolio that will impress the other designers you’ll be working with? Or all of that put together — and solid human talking skills?

Someone posted a job in our local Design/Dev Slack. They said the bar was high, but what does that mean in which situations? Here are some things to think about.
