Do you offer job placement or interview coaching?

No — and we want to be honest about where we’re headed with this. We don’t place anyone and we’re not a recruiting pipeline. What we do is help you build the skills and the portfolio that make placement possible on your own terms. If you actually do everything the program asks of you, you’ll have real work to show and real judgment to talk about it with — which is what gets people hired, not a certificate or a guarantee. We’re also working toward building out an employer-facing side of this — pairing students who’ve genuinely done the work with companies looking for that kind of person. It’s not there yet, and it’ll take more students really kicking ass before it makes sense to formalize. So we’re not promising anything. What we can promise is that if you show up and do the work, you’ll have plenty to work with when you go look.
