Cathedral Effect

The size of the space can change how you feel about different tasks. You might solve a problem differently given unlimited tablespace in a lofty cathedral than you might in a bunk in a submarine. High ceilings aren’t always better – but you can imagine that they make you feel as though there are fewer limits.
