No mid-month refunds — and here's why. When you pay for a month, we allocate time for that month. That time is reserved for you whether you use it or not, so a "prorated refund after five days" isn't really possible the way we work. It's also why there's a second confirmation step in the checkout: we'd rather make you pause before you commit than refund you later.
The real policy is: we try to make sure you don't need one. If you're not sure it's the right program, talk to us first — that's what conversations and info sessions are for, and we're just as likely to talk you out of enrolling as into it. If you try a month and realize it isn't for you, don't renew. That's the refund, structurally.
We'll make exceptions for genuine life events or something we got wrong on our end. But "I changed my mind after a week" isn't one of them.
