A clearer picture of what kind of work you want to be doing, a short list of specific directions (roughly three target roles or paths) that fit your patterns, drafts of resumes and a proof strategy tailored to each, and a framework you can reuse any time you need to reassess. It’s not a certificate. It’s a document of your own thinking that’s actually usable.
