What happens if I get stuck or fall behind — is there support, or am I on my own?
It depends on the program. Some programs are self-paced — you can move through one workshop a day, or one a week, or whatever fits your life. There's a cadence that's too slow, though: if weeks turn into months between sessions, you lose the momentum you built, and we'll suggest you come back when you have more time rather than grind through something that isn't landing. Other programs are cohort-based — a fixed schedule, meetings a couple times a week for a few weeks, moving together with a group. Those have less flexibility by design; the structure is part of what makes them work. Either way, if you get stuck, we'll do everything we can to support you. You share your work, you get a real response, you get pointed at what you're missing. What we can't do is do the learning for you. If you fall behind, you fell behind — and we'll help you figure out whether to push through, reset, or come back to it later. But the work is yours.
