How does mentorship work?
Mentorship at PE is specific, not vague. You share your work, someone with real experience looks at it, and you get a response that points at what’s actually there — what’s working, what isn’t, what you’re missing that you can’t see yet. It’s not a scheduled coaching call where you’re expected to arrive with questions. It’s built into the rhythm of the program: you produce, we respond, you iterate. The exact cadence and format depend on the program you’re in. Some are higher-touch; some are lighter. What doesn’t change is that the feedback comes from people who’ve actually built the things they’re teaching.
