How do you select students?

We don’t look for the most credentialed candidate on paper. We look for people who are curious, self-directed, and ready to show up and do the work. The application is simple — apply, talk to us, we’ll have a real conversation about what you’re aiming for and whether what we do fits. We turn people away when the fit isn’t right, not to be selective for its own sake, but because enrolling someone into a program they’re not going to finish helps nobody.
